Locavore strongly believes native selections play a pertinent role in the balance of our ecosystem. We are ever-evolving the property to boost the native collection and attract (and support) more wildlife.
Dahlias
With a stunning array of colors, shapes, sizes, and sheer abundance, dahlias are a favorite to grow. Each fall, we eagerly lift our tubers to share this beauty with friends and family and to multiply for the next season.
Annuals
It all starts with seed sowing in early January. From there, we nurture (pamper really, and occasionally talk to) each seedling until it’s time to plant out in the spring.
